The restaurant Chez Pierina is located close by the path that links Chamois to La Magdeleine, in a gorgeous corner sorrounded by mountain chalets. The family business started in 1975: grandma Pierina became renowned thanks to her homemade cuisine and her savory polenta cooked on wood fire. Her daughter Eugenia inherited the kitchen secrets and recepies, keeping the activity up and running with the help of her granddaughters Sara and Marta.
